We offer repair and maintenance services for demanding aviation, avionics, and marine systems as well as special electronics based on decades of experience.

We service equipment in special facilities that are designed for avionics maintenance and we provide system maintenance for different military branches of the Finnish Defence Forces as well as for authority and civilian organizations.

Among other things, we deliver avionics and system repair, maintenance, and support services for the Finnish Air Force’s Boeing F/A-18 Hornet fighter jets and provide system support services for NH-90 transport helicopters used by the Finnish Army.

Maintenance services for the best performance

We offer repair and maintenance services for aviation equipment, aviation systems, and special electronics backed by decades of experience. Our component workshop delivers extensive testing, research, and product development services. We help our customers develop and ensure the performance and results of their operations.

Insta’s maintenance capabilities cover the readiness to maintain the equipment included in our operating license FI.145.0007, subject to the EASA Part-145 civil aviation regulations, and the maintenance capability for the corresponding military aviation equipment. Our maintenance operations also cover the maintenance services for weapons systems and special electronics. Our calibration service is ISO 10012 compliant.

We are certified for the Finnish military aviation maintenance requirements (SIM-To-Lt-031) as well as for the Finnish military aviation maintenance requirements in the field of intelligence, monitoring, and command & control systems (SIM-To-Lv-003).

We are capable of serving customers in Finland and internationally. Our customers can trust their systems to perform dependably in all conditions.

We operate on a network model and collaborate with the industry’s leading companies and original equipment manufacturer’s so that we can offer our customers the best solutions.

We will also be responsible for developing the support and maintenance concept for the avionics systems of the F-35 fighter fleet and, together with the Finnish Defence Forces, integrating the new fighter’s systems with the Finnish command & control systems.
